I’ve always been interested in health and wellness since grade school and knew someday I would pursue a career in this field. In the past I’ve worked alongside doctors and other healthcare providers in the hospital setting. Following my passion I obtained a degree at the University of Maryland. Once I had my B.S. in Healthcare Management I continued my career working in the pharmaceutical consulting industry.


Working in these environments has given me a broad perspective on the industry. I quickly learned that there needs to be a better way for us to take care of ourselves and prevent disease. We need to move away from suppressing symptoms with prescription medications. This is why I became a health coach. I am passionate about teaching people preventative health. We should aim to address root causes of symptoms and health issues.


My goal is to serve, educate and support others to make sustainable choices. This will enable my clients to be their best, healthiest selves. I would love to help you experience freedom with food and enjoy it, not fear it. I want to teach people how to eat according to their unique needs and in a way that makes them feel great. This is what it’s all about!
