Today I’m sharing five of my favorite, go-to snacks that fit well into my busy life. As a new mother, I need quick and easy snacks that I can grab and eat with one hand, while holding my daughter. I’m also a grazer by nature and love eating healthy snacks in between meals to stabilize my energy and blood sugar levels. I’m the type of person who gets hungry and angry (hangry) when I start to feel hunger. I’ve been this way my whole life. In order to avoid turning into a hangry monster and scaring my husband off (love ya, Zach!), I stock my pantry full of healthy snacks that are nutritious, whole, and tasty. We have an Amazon Prime membership, so we take full advantage of the free two-day shipping and order snacks and diapers in bulk. We go through these items fast in this house! Who can relate?!
